Juva Fresh & Ningxia Trio Recipes

Maria talked about the Ningxia Trio and the fantastic idea Michele had to name the Juva Cleanse/Citrus Fresh combination as Juva Fresh! This makes it so much easier to explain to people. Below are Michele's version of Maria’s instructions.

Juva Fresh

Add 30 drops of Juva Cleanse into a full 15ml bottle of Citrus Fresh

Ningxia Trio

To Start: Add 3 drops Juva Fresh + 2 drops Lemon

 + 2 drops Grapefruit into 30ml Ningxia Red twice a day

Build up to: Add 5 drops Juva Fresh + 3 drops Lemon

 + 3 drops Grapefruit into 30ml Ningxia Red twice a day

Ideal: Add 5 drops Juva Fresh + 5 drops Lemon

 + 5 drops Grapefruit into 60ml Ningxia Red twice a day

For maintenance take for 6 weeks once or twice a year,

otherwise take for 3 months when required

2 Bottles of Ningxia Red lasts 25 days if taking 60ml per day
