Chocolate Chia Pudding

This recipe is quick and easy to make and oh so delicious!

Add a Christmas feel to your Chia Pudding with Orange Essential Oil and Christmas Spirit Essential Oil Blend.

1 cup            Coconut cream or milk of choice

2 tbsp           Raw cacao

¼ cup            Chia seeds

1 – 2 tbsp     Honey

½ tsp            Vanilla essence

1 drop          Christmas Spirit Essential Oil Blend (Contains Orange, Cinnamon Bark, Black Spruce)

2 drops         Orange Essential Oil

1.     In a glass bowl whisk raw cacao into coconut cream until thoroughly mixed

2.     Whisk in honey, vanilla and chia seeds

3.     Stir in essential oils. Taste and add more, 1 drop at a time, as required

4.     Transfer into serving bowl or individual glasses or bowls

5. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight
